Step into the world of Mad Max at Australia’s only museum dedicated to George Miller’s iconic film series. The Mad Max 2 Museum, located in Silverton where the second instalment of the franchise was filmed, boasts a vast array of memorabilia from the set of the 1981 movie, including photographs, life-sized characters in full costume, and original and replica vehicles, such as the Interceptors.

The museum is run by Adrian and Linda Bennett, an English couple who moved to the Australian outback to create this unique attraction. Souvenirs are available to purchase onsite. Whether you’re a fan of Mad Max or not, the impressive collection is sure to leave you in awe.
